Ability to manage multiple manual processes until new procedures have been developed and tested.

3-5 years experience in IT industry specifically SaaS.

Degree in business administration, commerce, or accounting preferred.

Utilize subscription billing platforms to accurately provide invoicing to customers based on billing cycles.

Other duties to support the finance team.

Monitor data integrity and ensure consistency.

Find opportunities to increase service levels for invoicing inquiries and quality of reporting.

Understand variant causes and their impact on reporting.

Contribute to best practices discussions to support streamlining of processes.

Analyze revenue projections and provide reports based on findings.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer invoice issues via phone and email.

Develop invoicing processes to support evolving business strategies.
